As a Special Collections Librarian, I was given a copy of this volume to accession. I first read it and found it amazing and intellectually engaging. I do not claim to know everything about 'Books about Books' but I had never seen this volume before and its premise and story holds a big delight for those who collect. While many copies were available, I am especially glad to have this copy in full leather and in very good condition. It arrived well packaged and ahead of schedule. I recommend the book to anyone who collects. It contains an emotional message from the author which is compelling. Thank you.

I found this book difficult to read at times. The jury is still out as to what I think of it. I want to be kind but I'll leave it up to you to decide once you've read it. If you can get a copy from your local libary to read first, do that.
